At HODL Eyewear, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day, no-quibble money-back guarantee on eligible products.


How Does It Work?

  • Simply email us at support@hodleyewear.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the return process.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Custom products (such as engraved or prescription lenses) may not be eligible for a refund unless they arrive faulty or damaged.


When Will I Receive My Refund?

  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.

  • If you paid by debit card, the refund should appear within 5–10 working days.

  • Credit card payments may take slightly longer depending on your card provider.

  • Bitcoin refunds will be issued in the GBP fiat equivalent value at the time of purchase.


Repeat Return Abuse

We want everyone to enjoy a fair and hassle-free experience with HODL Eyewear. While most customers use our policies as intended, we reserve the right to deny repeat return requests if we detect policy abuse.
