How Does It Work?

Simply email us at support@hodleyewear.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Custom products (such as engraved or prescription lenses) may not be eligible for a refund unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.

If you paid by debit card, the refund should appear within 5–10 working days.

Credit card payments may take slightly longer depending on your card provider.

Bitcoin refunds will be issued in the GBP fiat equivalent value at the time of purchase.
Repeat Return Abuse
We want everyone to enjoy a fair and hassle-free experience with HODL Eyewear. While most customers use our policies as intended, we reserve the right to deny repeat return requests if we detect policy abuse.
